Data we hold

We process your name, date of birth, contact details, address, age/residence confirmation, entry records and, for paid entries, payment references handled by our processor.

Lawful basis

We process personal data to perform the competition contract and to meet legal obligations. We also process data for the prevention and detection of fraud on the basis of our legitimate interests. Optional analytics run only with your consent.

Retention

Entry and draw records are retained as required for audit, fraud prevention and dispute resolution, then securely deleted.
