[COMPETITION POSTAL ENTRY ADDRESS — TO BE ADDED BEFORE LAUNCH]

1. Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of SAJOBI ART LTD and their immediate families may not enter.

2. Skill requirement

Each entry requires a correct answer to the published competence question. Entries with an incorrect answer are void and are not placed in the draw.

3. Free postal entry & equal chance

A no-purchase postal route is available for every competition and carries an equal chance of winning. Any valid free entry is treated on strictly equal terms with paid entries in the draw. Full details are on the Free Postal Entry page.

4. The draw

The draw takes place on the published date using a verifiable, publicly seeded random number generator. The result is final and published with its proof.

5. Prizes

The prize is the original artwork described, delivered with its certificate of authenticity. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash alternative is offered unless stated.

6. Entry limit per person and per household

A maximum number of entries applies per person AND per household (same address), identically for paid and postal entries. Any entry beyond that limit — including entries made through separate identities linked to the same household, address, email, telephone or payment method — is void.

7. One entry per envelope

Each postal entry must be sent in its own separate envelope, stamped separately at the normal postal rate. Multiple entries in one envelope, or otherwise bundled, count as a single entry.

8. Hand-written entries only

Postal entries must be entirely hand-written. Printed, typed, photocopied or otherwise reproduced entries are void.

9. Accurate, verifiable information

Entries must contain accurate and verifiable information (full name, date of birth, postal address, email, telephone, the competition answer, and confirmation of being 18+ and UK-resident). Incomplete, illegible or unverifiable entries are void.

10. Identity verification before prize release

Before any prize is released, the winner must prove their identity, age and UK residence, matching the information submitted with the winning entry. If they cannot, the entry is invalidated, the prize is not released, and a re-draw is held.

11. Detection of linked entries

We may de-duplicate and cross-check entries against address, household, email, telephone, payment method and origin to detect linked or duplicate entries.

12. Anti-fraud cancellation

The organiser may exclude and cancel any entry it reasonably considers fraudulent, duplicated, made under a false identity, or automated. Where fraud is found, ALL of that participant's entries — paid AND free — are cancelled, with no refund.

13. No third-party or automated entries

Entries made by a third party, agent, bot, script or any automated means are not permitted and are void.

14. Closing window

Postal entries received after the closing time, after tickets have sold out, or within 48 hours before the draw are not entered into that competition. At the organiser's discretion they may be carried to the next competition of similar value.

15. Equality safeguard

The free route offers the same chance of winning. Every valid free entry is treated on strictly equal terms in the draw.

16. Data protection — fraud prevention

Personal data is processed, among other purposes, for the prevention and detection of fraud, on the basis of our legitimate interests, consistent with our Privacy & GDPR policy.
